Bullet Arrow In fiscal 2008 the DELTON Group generates sales of about EUR 2.5 billion with a workforce of around 12,000 employees Bullet Arrow At the beginning of the year, the Power Supply division sells its FRIWO Mobile Power business unit to a subsidiary of Flextronics International Ltd. in Singapore Bullet Arrow Logistics division: In April, Thiel Logistik AG announces that in the future it will bear the newly coined brand name Logwin Bullet Arrow On June 9, 2008 DELTON AG sells its majority interest (76.82%) in CEAG AG to a subsidiary of VTC Industrieholding, Munich/Germany. Consequently, from now on DELTON consists of only three divisions: Pharmaceuticals, Household Products, and Logistics Bullet Arrow In autumn 2008 DELTON makes a voluntary public tender offer to the shareholders of Logwin AG, increasing its share of its capital stock and voting rights from around 53% to over 80% at the end of the year
